We sat next to a nice young lady. She is a senior in hight school from North Dakota, part of a national youth group selected to come to the celebration. She is in DC for 2 day workshop- has tickets to the "Swearing In Ceremony" and will be going to the "Ball" at the Smithsonian Institution.
The plane lands at 1:30 AM - EST. She tells us she has to stay at the airport until the leaders pick her up - which won't be for 12 hours. Thus she and a friend will be walking around Dulles all nite. Doesn't seem like a good idea to us.
